APAI – Associazione per la Promozione delle Arti in Italia – indice la Settimana Internazionale della Cultura Indipendente in Movimento dal 18 al 25 aprile 2013, dimostrando – come ha sempre fatto – che si può, e si deve far Cultura ed Arte, con la volontà, la passione e l’abnegazione. Potranno candidarsi tutti gli Artisti, i Musei, le Associazioni ed Enti Indipendenti operanti a livello internazionale che nella settimana indicata organizzeranno Eventi culturali qualificati con ingresso gratuito.
Tale determinazione trae origine e forza nel percorso intrapreso da APAI fin dal 2006, anno della sua nascita, a salvaguardia della ricerca e dell’evoluzione, sempre nell’ottica del mantenimento di quell’etica che dovrebbe essere prerogativa assoluta del mondo dell’Arte, della Cultura più in generale e dei suoi attori principali: gli Artisti che con un linguaggio universale sono da sempre attenti e sensibili osservatori del loro tempo, mantenendo vivi quei comportamenti e criteri deontologici che consentono all’individuo di gestire adeguatamente la propria libertà nel rispetto degli altri.
Tutti gli Eventi candidati, concorreranno a partecipare al “Premio per la Cultura Indipendente in Movimento” che, insieme ad altri Eventi che continueranno ad essere proposti nel corso dell’anno 2013, verrà assegnato in occasione della 3a edizione della Biennale d’Arte creativa di Viterbo 2014.

This determination stems and strength in the path taken by APAI since 2006, the year of his birth, for the sake of research and evolution, in the aim of maintaining the ethics that should be the preserve of the absolute world of art, Culture in general and its main actors: the Artists with a universal language have always been attentive and sensitive observers of their time, keeping alive those behaviors and standards of conduct that allow the individual to properly manage their freedom in accordance with the other.
All the events, candidates, will compete to participate in the “Prize for Independent Culture in Motion” which, along with other events that will continue to be proposed in the year 2013, will be awarded at the 3rd Biennial of creative Art, Viterbo 2014.
